2. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our website, select the products you want, add them to your cart, and complete your order. After placing your order and making the payment, please send your order confirmation/payment screenshot to us on WhatsApp.
3. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
No. Cash on Delivery is not available.
All orders require advance payment before they can be processed and dispatched.
4. How do I confirm my order after payment?
After placing your order and completing the payment, please send a screenshot of your order confirmation and payment confirmation on WhatsApp.
This helps us verify your order and process it quickly.
5. Will I receive pictures of my order before dispatch?
Yes! ❤️ Before dispatching your order, we will share pictures of your packed/selected order with you on WhatsApp so you can check your items before they are shipped.
6. How long will my order take to arrive?
After your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately 4–5 working days.
Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary depending on the courier service and your location.
7. When will my order be dispatched?
Once your payment has been received and your order has been verified, we will prepare your order for dispatch. You will receive an update through WhatsApp.
8. Do I need to send my payment screenshot?
Yes. After making your payment, please send the payment screenshot on WhatsApp along with your order confirmation. This allows us to verify your payment and process your order without unnecessary delays.
9. Can I see my order before it is dispatched?
Yes. We believe in keeping our customers informed. Order pictures are shared on WhatsApp before dispatch for your confirmation.

14. Do you offer COD for any products?
No. All orders are processed on advance payment only. COD is not available.
