Return & Refund Policy

At Fakhra’s Creation, many of our products are carefully selected, while our handmade jewellery is prepared specifically after receiving your order and advance payment. Due to the handmade and order-specific nature of our products, all confirmed sales are generally final.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, size preference, design preference, or other personal preferences.

This policy applies to all products available on our website, including:

  • Jewellery raw materials
  • Jewellery-making tools
  • Handmade jewellery
  • Other products available on our website

2. Handmade Jewellery Is Made After Payment

Our handmade jewellery is created or prepared after your order is placed and advance payment is received.

Because these pieces are prepared specifically for your order, they cannot normally be returned or exchanged.

Please make sure you are satisfied with your selection before placing your order.

3. Check Product Details Before Ordering

We provide product information on our website, including, where applicable:

  • Product name
  • Design or type
  • Size
  • Shape
  • Material or work details
  • Quantity
  • Other relevant specifications

Please carefully read the complete product description and check the size, design, quantity, shape, and other details before placing your order.

Once your order is confirmed and payment has been received, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Order Pictures or Video Before Dispatch

Before dispatching your order, we may share clear pictures or videos of your parcel/order through WhatsApp.

Please carefully review the pictures or video and confirm that your order is correct before dispatch.

Once the order has been checked and approved for dispatch, returns, exchanges, or refunds will generally not be accepted for reasons such as size, design, shape, quantity, or change of mind.

5. Please Check Your Order Carefully

We strongly recommend following these steps before your order is dispatched:

Read the product description → Check the size and details → Place your order → Make payment → Review the order pictures/video → Confirm your order → Dispatch

Your confirmation indicates that you have reviewed and approved the order for dispatch.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please follow any care instructions provided with your product.
