Shipping policy

At Fakhra's Creation, we carefully pack and prepare every order before dispatch. We currently offer delivery across Pakistan.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on the weight of your parcel.

  • Up to 1 kg: Rs. 280 (currently offered at a discounted shipping rate)
  • Standard shipping rate: Rs. 350 per 1 kg
  • For parcels above 1 kg, additional shipping charges may apply according to the parcel weight.

The applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after we receive and confirm your advance payment.

Please make sure that your:

  • Full name
  • Contact number
  • Complete delivery address

are entered correctly when placing your order.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes approximately 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service.

Delivery to remote areas may take additional time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number where tracking is available.

You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Failed or Returned Deliveries

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your parcel at the provided delivery address.

If a parcel is returned because the customer was unavailable, refused delivery, provided an incorrect address, or could not be contacted, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been opened or tampered with, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order and provide photographs/videos of the parcel and products.

If your order is not received within the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can assist you with the shipment status.

Payment

We currently accept advance payment for orders. Orders will only be processed after the payment has been successfully confirmed.
