We currently require advance payment for orders.
An order will only be processed after the required payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in certain circumstances, including suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or other issues affecting the order.
6. Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated according to the weight of the parcel.
Our current promotional shipping rate is:
Up to 1 kg — Rs. 280
The standard shipping rate is Rs. 350 per 1 kg. Promotional shipping rates may be changed or discontinued at any time.

7. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
Cancellation requests cannot always be accepted once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched.
Any refund resulting from an approved cancellation will be handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Customers should review the applicable policy before placing an order.
Products that are customized, used, damaged after delivery, or otherwise excluded under our Refund & Cancellation Policy may not be eligible for return or refund.
